LATINO COMMUNITY is a DURHAM, NC-based, NCUA-insured credit union started in 2000. Regulatory filings show the credit union having assets of $276.8 million, as of December 31, 2017. Members have $252.4 million on deposit tended by 109 full-time employees. With that footprint, the credit union has amassed loans and leases worth $252.4 million.
Latino Credit Union is headquartered in Durham and is the 11 th largest credit union in the state of North Carolina. It is also the 644 th largest credit union in the nation. It was established in 2000 and as of June of 2019, it had grown to 128 employees and 80,394 members at 12 locations.
First to Review I briefly worked with Allison and she was very helpful and informative. I am happy this credit union exists and has expanded to other parts of the Triangle. I have had some terrible experiences with the big banks, and I have really appreciated my interactions with the Latino Community Credit Union (LCCU).
